Search Divorces 1861-1894—Index to records of divorces, also known as matrimonial petitions, causes (writs) or Common Law writs.

Nothing found in Trove so far in 1858 or 1859.

No doubt Alexander remarried.

names of the sons are Hugh, at pre-

Obit says family name is Whitly but image and transcription have Whitty.
