These are all connected. I take it that George Burns died after 1849.

Yes, that's the burial for George Dabourn and Hannah is not there.

Mary married Charles DAY so why would she be buried as Sloane? Or is that an assumption because she was buried with Thomas Sloane? Are the Campbells related somehow? And why no death reg?

It is George James in his baptism record so several errors. His mother is Mary.
