Thanks Barbara.

I tried with Simmons and Symons and without family name and no luck.

Hope you can help me sometime with Ramsay family in Glenisla.

Not sure what you are doing wrong. I just put in Simmons/male/1899/Barrow in Furness and up he popped mmn Sweetland.

I can't find any other children born there with mmn Sweetland but there are refs for

Agnes Simmons Mar 1902 Tavistock 5b 322 mmn Sweetland
Edward George Dec 1914 Tavistock 5b 586 mmn Sweetland
Leslie Joffre Dec 1914 Tavistock 5b 586 mmn Sweetland

Thanks Emeltee.

I have no idea. I double checked I had selected births and that I had the correct spelling and that there was nothing in the volume or page boxes.
