Yeah, rounding down to 45y makes it worse.. If that is his marriage to Sophia Baker in 1821, he would probably have been born before 1806. It could be his father's 2nd marriage

Trees only have brothers Peter and Paul. Peter married first time in 1798. Two daughters Amelia and Ann so John does not fit there. Don't know if this is Paul's only or second marriage.
