Maria's maiden name is WATMAN so no problem there.

Bap V18401170 24A/1840 WATMAN MARIA - JAMES - ELIZABETH

She died with married name PETERSON. A son George Henry has a birth and death reg as PETERSON with mother = Maria.

How to explain the 1858 marriage ???

Seren was from Denmark. Can his arrival be found?

I'm wondering on the marriage with Seren P if P= Peterson and that the wrong name has been taken as the family name or did he choose to use middle name Peterson after his marriage?

Looks like Enemark/e is his surname, the trees have his offspring as Peterson, maybe he used Peterson to anglicise the name

Thanks Geoff.

He chose to use his middle name.
