If he went to a hospital in Brisbane it might explain a death there or it's not the right death given that.

I think that death can be ruled out.

G H's father was G H and George Henry in every record and never just Henry.

Ok. Not sure where that came from. If it is ACI then better check.

Ok, it was ACI but Fernie and junior not there.

I'll check the 1990 and if I find Fernie I'll check further. I may be able to narrow it down but perhaps not find her death either.
