I am researching a house in Eastbourne and have come across Percival E Fernley who lived at 183 Seaside with his parents. However I cannot find any confirmation that they did actually live there. Percival died in 1917 in France and his medals went on sale at auction which I came across. It stated that he lived in this house. I know that they were not there in 1911. But by 1927 Percival's brother was living there - Frederick George Fernley. So it is possible that George and Alice lived there with another family after 1911. How can I confirm that they lived there. Everything I have come across on Ancestry has said that they lived in London.
