I Am looking for ANY information on John George Legg...died July 11, 1946 and his wife Annie Kate Legg..died January 15, 1916. Both are buried in St. Martin's parish church, Lillington, England. I would like information on their marriage date, their date of birth , Annie's maden name , and children's names if at all possible.
THis may have been my great grandparents although, I seem to keep hitting brick walls. Thanks for any help......

From the death indices, he was 71 when he died, Q3 1946, Legg, John G, age 71, registered Sturminster, Volume 6a Page 495.

So that would put his birth around 1875?
There is this birth that could be him:-

You really do need to get one of Annies and Georges childrens birth certificate which will give mothers maiden name.

On the 1911 census, a quick search turned up a John George Legg age 38 b Stoborough with an Annie and Lilian Jane b 1899 in the same household in the Sherbourne District Dorset.
Unfortunately I have no credits so cannot check it is the correct family, but looks like them
