I snapped these rare pics using the Hammersmith Flyover recently:

- the Flyover is in a bad state of repair, but light traffic is allowed once again - I thought that this view by
St Pauls Church was a unique one - here's a Google view showing how the road should look - with the
Church covered up, however, at that time!:

I know it well, though sadly for me the flyover has been off limits to lorries for a good few months now,in fact has only just been open to light traffic again in the last month due to essential repairs.
In the meantime i have had to sit in the long jams around the flyover once or twice.
St Pauls stands out like a sore thumb in this modern ampitheatre and while on the subject of churches anyone going to St Pancras station in the future try and step outside for an hour and visit St Pancras church a few yards up from the station...it is full of old London history and a real joy to behold.

Thanks for the pics.
