Ada was born on the 30th April 1892 in Islington, London and Alice was born on the 9th February 1894 in Islington, London. They are the younger sisters of my great grandmother Catherine Isabella Coombs born 22 September 1889 in Islington, London.

If you view my thread about hereditary skills, you will get an idea of why the outfits were stylish because Alice Coombs was a dressmaker as was her sister Maud. They may have made those outfits.
