Yes should be Ann nee Stocks.

John Deighton married Harriet Stocks 14 Jun 1832 in Ripon Cathedral.

Anthony Meras and family were living at 2 Cross Strett. Thomas Ellis Smith and sister in law Harriet were living at number 4. No link between the two families other than they were neighbours

Harriet's maiden name was Stocks. Thomas Ellis Smith married a Grace Stocks whom, I guess, was Harriet's sister although I cannot find a baptism to prove it.
