Thanks gibbo.

I didn't expect to find most of the events in Aust. I'll try on Tuesday to get a copy of the 1844 baptism.

There are very many old residents of the district who will regret to learn that Mr. J. Hatcher died in Bourke Hospital last week. Mr. Hatcher was 67 years of age and lived in Bourke for years. He leaves a widow and many other relatives and connections to mourn.

It may have mother's maiden name Geoff.

Also it may be Victoria not NSW even though it's in NSW index.

Oh, the forecast is not good for tomorrow - 80% chance of 20-25 mm.

I'm missing deaths of John senior and Janet. 1878 & 1883 ?? I can't find them in NSW or Vic. index.

It's not Trawalla Creek. Therllerri ??

113 places in Victoria that have 'Creek' in the name and no match found.

Is Agnes Davidson a sister ?

They told me that Agnes Buntine
had died at Sale, and was buried at
Rosedale. When, no one knew. I
went to the Rosedale cemetery, but
I didn't find her grave. A cemetery
register showed that she had died at
the age of 76, on March 29, 1896. The
register did not have the number of
her grave: some of the old cemetery
records had been lost. But Agnes
Buntine deserved a monument.-- By
Tom Macdonald, in the "Herald."

Agnes and Janet arrived by 1840 ??

I can't find the arrival to NSW or Vic.

In that story on Agnes it mentioned Tasmania but the two marriages were in Vic.
