Hello everyone!

I am glad to be part of this group. I have been lurking for a bit, and you all seem like a nice, helpful bunch.
I have been working on my family tree on and off for about eighteen years now. I have most of my paternal side, but my maternal side hits one brick wall after another.
I am the youngest of seven children, and have a sense of belonging somewhere else, so doing my tree seems to ease that feeling somewhat.
Anyhow, just wanted to say hi, and looking forward to getting to know you better as time goes on.
