Hello and a question

Hello I joined this forum yesterday mainly to reply to another message.

Are members posts moderated all the time or is is just new joiners until a certain numbers of posts been added?

I posted a message some 19 hours ago. It has not appeared on the forum and yet I am marked as subscribing to the particular thread.

I am also still seeing the following message:
