Allen from the manningham and Heaton areas of Bradford and Blackpool, Topham, Roberts and Roper from Bradford,
Foster and Kitchin/Kitching/Kitchen from Fishlake in Yorkshire,
Harvey from Seaham Harbour in County Durham,
Cliff, Dufton, Robinson, Swann and Halliday from Leeds,
Senior and Wilson from Dewsbury, Yorkshire.
