Hi,
My name is Tom. I live in Co. Clare in Ireland. I am (unfortunately) 63 years of age. But so what? I have had a great innings. :D

I am trying to get some information on on old girl friend of mine. I was recently informed that she died in the late 80's early 90's. Her name was Marion Cane. She lived in Gravesend (Northfleet) Unfortunately I have only an approx date of birth for her (Year only ???) I don't even have her marriage name. I just want to know where she is buried in case I get the opportunity to pay my respects. I do, however have her old address if I could only get into a census. So far I have been running around in circles and being Irish doesn't help.

Does anyone have any suggestions, Please ??? Clean ones, that is !!!

Thank you,
Tom.

Hi Tom,

63 aint bad - but it gets worse after that (so I'm told anyway).
Gravesend - is that Kent/London? But out of my way as I'm north of Scotland, but will try and come up with some ideas.
PM me with an address perhaps, asnd any other info you might think of.
Coincidentally, I'm researching a Harpur from Co Clare who went to Australia. How hard can that be?

James.
