Wills can be a valuable resource, especially if parish records are non-existent, or patchy; they sometimes are very helpful in sorting family relationships.
For the 17th century, the hearth tax records can place a home owner in a location. Apprenticeship records are another helpful source, as are monumental Inscriptions (if available).
A search on Discovery on the National Archives might throw up some documents. Also the Shakespeare Trust (I think that's what it's called) has an online catalogue for searching.
Not all of these may be available for Warwickshire of course.
