Hello

#1
I have just joined and hope can get some help with my family history research. Names I am researching are Lovett in Fonthill Gifford, Wiltshire, Gilbert in Fonthill Gifford, Houlihan in Charleston, Boston, Massachusetts, Farrell in St John's Sligo, Gravett in Hellingly Sussex, Glyde in Salehurst Sussex. I have only been doing family history for a year and it has been very exciting discovering all the names in my family tree. One of the new surnames which I have recently discovered is Nihil. A most unusual surname. I wonder if anyone knows of its origins? I have an ancesor John Strong born circa 1740 to a Sarah Nihil born circa 1745 in Wiltshire.
