Hello there.

New to this forum thingy so please be gentle with me! lol

My first request is to see if anyone can help me trace a Derrick Allan Tipler.
He was born in 1929 in Leicester but moved to Walsall shortly after.

He spent a short while in 1932 in Wigmore House before being fostered out in 1933.

I know he married in 1949 in Pwllheli, North Wales.
