Hello again and thank you for your welcome messages in my earlier post.
I recently started researching my family as my father died when I was very young and we didn't know much about his family, up to now I am doing ok finding ancestors on my grandfathers side of the family and have even made contact with a cousin I never knew about. However I would like to know more about my grandmothers second family and don't know where to look.
My grandfather was Samuel Bunce and he married Mary Jones on 25th June 1904 at Tudhoe Grange in County Durham. Samuel died at the age of 36 in 1918. I have been told by a family member that Mary Bunce remarried and had more children in the second marriage, the problem is I don't know who she married or when, any ideas on where I could look. Thank You. Bev:)

Hi Bev B

Have you got her marriage certificate to Samuel Bunce?

Bunce Mary A, Spouses name Ernest Hall, Durham, 10a 727, in the December quarter of 1923.

Hello Again
Thanks for your replies. Ben, yes I do have the Marriage cert for Mary and Samuel and on that and on census records she is just Mary, I have not seen her as Mary A. Although Samuel had a sister called Mary Ann so it could be her, I think I may have to order the marriage cert to E Hall to be certain.
Lincoln Lad, thanks for that, I will look into it, again I may need to purchase the certs to be sure. I have looked through Durham Records Online and am not having any luck with parish records. Thanks again for your help, will let you know if I find anything.
Bev:)
