help needed

got a marriage cert today for gt gt grandad thomas foster he married a mary bennett bullen in st austell 1860, but on the cert there is no father written down for thomas and cant find a birth for thomas because it hasnt got his age down either just states full, and cant find anymore info on mary either just states age full on her age as well but does state fathers name as thomas bullen any help would b gratefully appreciated thanks

Rebecca 22 dau Employed in Tin Mine
Mary 15 dau Employed at home
Mary J 7 gd dau Scholar

All born St Stephens, Cornwall

The only Thomas Foster I could find in St Austell in 1851 is as follows

HO107/1907/f274/p17
Thomas Foster 17 Lodger Wool Comber born Horferton, Devon

He is lodging with another wool comber, James Baker, and his family at Eastern Hill, St Austell.
