I am looking for any information on my great grandfather Joseph Lobel, I know he was born in Denia, Alicante, Spain c1916 and at some point moved to Algeria where he met and married my Great Grandma Rose Baldo c1916. He was a fireman in Algeria and died in a fire roundabout 1931 / 1932.
I know that my Great Grandma's family had to leave Algiers when the troubles started and moved to France.
I am aware of this information from my Grandma but other than this I know nothing about either family. Any help or ideas of where to start looking would be appreciated.
