WW1 Medal Index Cards

I was wondering if anyone could please help me interpret my grandfathers WW1 medal index card. I know from the card that he was on the Army Service Corps but I was wondering if I could identify which regiment and then which theatre of war he was in, if any. I have tried to get his full record from Kew in London but the record was burnt.

The info on the card is Corps - ASC, Rank - a/cpl, T4/059359. He believe he also received four medals although only two are listed. Victory medal RASC/101B42 British Medal RASC/101B42.

I would love to learn more as I am trying to find out for my elderly father, if anyone can help it would be really appreciated.
