hi guys,
i have been trying to find out if my gramps William Charles Spicer who died 1966 at 90 Dukes Street Abetillery Mon. may be down as Bedwelty district. left a will. did a search including navy no luck. as it was Wales do they have a seperate place to look? he may not have left one but would like to try all areas.
have tried Wills forum no replys.
