Help to find a Sergeant Brazier, Fort Purbrook, Portsmouth

Thank you to everyone that has replied. The Gardiner family tree on Ancestry is my tree. My grandfather Wilfred was sent to Australia as a child migrant to Fairbridge Farm in Pinjarra. I am assuming he must have been a black sheep as my great grandmother only sent him and not his siblings, Dorothy, Dennis, Arnold. The other children were adopted by Winifred's husband Arthur farmer. My grandfather died in 1987. I know that he was still in contact with his family in England as my mother and grandfather went on a holiday and stayed with family in Hendon in about 1974. My mother remembers her dad saying that his real name should have been Kitchen. His immigration/ship record has him listed as W.K Wiseman. Also his record at Fairbridge Farm has his second name as John Kitchen. His Australian war records have his second name as Thomas. My mother remembers mail having the name Thomas. My grandfather also told my mum that his father was Spanish. I have had mum DNA tested on FTDNA and on Ancestry. The ethnicity estimates vary between the two sites so is not very helpful. My mother has a second cousin DNA match which we are fairly certain is linked in to my mystery great grandfather somewhere. This second cousin match is also a Ydna match step 3 at the 37 marker with my uncle (mums brother) I orginally assumed that the second cousin match's great uncle must be my great grandfather. His great uncle was Arthur Wild, a ww1 Australian solider and was in England at the time of my grandfather's conception but this is not the name listed by my great grandmother on the Salvation Army interview record. Sergeant Brazier was named as the alleged father. Two other possible surnames that came up a match with my uncle one on ysearch is Hancock and the other on ydna on FTDNA is the surname Sutton. No pieces of the puzzle fit together. I don't want to give up trying to uncover the identity of my great grandfather but I am not sure where to research next. I was hoping that if I could find the most likely Sergeant Brazier, I could add it to my Ancestry tree and maybe it will tie in with a DNA match?

I just had a look at my copy of Dorothy's birth record it says that she was born at 12 Thames Inn or it could be 12 Thaires Inn. I searched on Google maps and couldn't find this street. I live in Australia so I am not familiar with locations in London. Is there a hospital located at this address or was my great Aunt born at a house somewhere? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
