Hi Dave....the info on here has him emigrating earlier?...if indeed this is your Henry

Maybe this was his son who followed him out?

Strangely the daughter died aged 77....the same age as her mother when she died also.

Thanks Lee for looking. It is the right Henry but that site has him on the wrong vessel. He arrived in 1852 for sure:

Henry was a passenger aboard the ship 'John Gray' which sailed from Liverpool, Lancashire, England, in 1852 and arrived outside Sydney Harbour, NSW on 25 November, 1852. The ship had to endure storms that broke a mast and destroyed bulwauks before entering the harbour on 28 November 1852.

Thanks. Now I know who Emily is.

I wonder how that family is connected to BENSLEY.

Is Caroline Henry's sister? I notice the census has her born Gt Fransham.

Henry was from Gressenhall. The only sibling I have so far is Charlotte born abt 1797 at Wymondham.

An IGI submitted entry has Caroline's name as WARNER.
