Hi! :),
Can anyone please help me? My Great grandfather was Henry Goodey. I cannot find any info on him.
His son was also Henry Goodey,born in 1866 and married to Mary Ann Goodey nee Walker in 1890. They all lived in or near London.

If you go to http://www.familysearch.org, you will be on the homepage of the LDS website. This is a very useful resource and may contain some information that could help you.

When there, click on the first image, under the words "Search for Ancestors". Then, fill in the name Henry Goodey in the relevant boxes and click search. Don't add any other information.

When I did it, it gave me 101 records in return. I am fairly sure that Henry (born 1866/7) is in there and was on the Shaftesbury Training Ship on the night of the 1881 census. As for the other records, you will need to work your way through them to see if anything tallies.
