Don't know Val. Don't have a 2nd in my tree. Kathleen died in 1931.

No marriage in NSW index to Elizabeth 1931 - 1935.

Funeral notices for Kathleen and William but not death notices that I can see.

Dave

The children mentioned in death notices = George, Herbert and Cassie which would be Kathleen b 1918 married Cecil George Mowatt 1939 and died 11 June 1993 Tweed Heads.

a George Edward Ball died 1964 Liverpool - parents William & Kathleen - married Eleanor Maisie Webb 1944 Mayfield NSW

Was Henry known as Herbert?

No mention of Henry:

Newcastle Morning Herald and Miners' Advocate (NSW : 1876 - 1954) - Friday 7 August 1931 p.13
MRS. KATHLEEN BALL.
The funeral of Mrs. Kathleen Margaret Ball of William-street, Cessnock, took place on Sunday, moving from her late residence, to the Methodist section of Cessnock Cemetery. Rev. A. J. Skinner conducted services at the home and the graveside. The chief morners were the husband, William Ball; Herbert, George (sons), Cassie (daughter), Evan Harris (of Sydney), father, Mrs. A. Barnes (Sydney), sister; Henry and Joseph Ball, Cecil Ireland (brothers-in-law), Henry Ball (father-in-law), and Mrs. Margaret Ball (mother-in-law) of Mayfield. Deceased, a native of Auburn, had resided in Cessnock for the past 17 years, and took a keen interest in charitable movements, and in the conduct of the soup kitchen at West End during the long indlustrial trouble. She was also a member of the West End School Mothers' Club.

It fits to be a son:
