Sorry, I 4got 2 introduce myself.. I live in South Africa and I manage a Holiday Home on the Cape Whale Coast. I have 3 dogs and a husband, who had to pay someone (government) for me to take on his family name of Dann! don't you just love it...? anyhow, life happens and I'm trying to help him out with some details of the Dann clan. Kitty Dann

Hi There.
By way of introduction: I live in JHB, I am a psychologist and have two dogs and I am unmarried.

I don’t know much about Joseph Dann, although I am sure if/when I get to go through a stack of family records I might find dates etc. However, I am the grandchild of Kitty Dann. She married twice. First husband died, not sure of the circumstance but she had one child from this marriage by the name of Trevor Mc Iintosh. He married Eva Kaletti; known as Eve Boswell, Famous singer in SA and UK. He divorced her and married Maureen Moore. She was also a well-known singer in her time, but more locally in SA, not internationally.
Kitty’s second marriage was to my grandfather, Sydney Boswell and they spent most of their lives travelling the world booking acts for the circus here in SA; Sydney, being one of the original Boswells from Boswell’s Circus. So……….if all this matches up; I could be a distant cousin of yours, or your husband. I remember my mother saying that she had met Kitty’s mother a few times and I think she was German.
