How to make sense of this.
Death reg has father as John Hamilton but it seems is should be John Milhinch/Millhinch.
Death reg has mother as Susan Wilson so that should be her maiden name.
It would then seem that there should be a marriage before 1832 for a William Hamilton to a Susan Wilson.
And there should be a marriage for John Milhinch/Millhinch to Susan.
Why would Hugh change to using Hamilton between 1841 and 1851? The death of a parent?
