My husbands paternal parents ,born and died in Hull. My problem is what cemetery Mi's to buy.

I am surmising they were buried in the same grave. What would be the nearest Cemetery to Springbank?

Chanterlands Avenue Cemetry is at the junction of Chanterlands Avenue and Spring Bank and extends both ways along Spring Bank for some distance It is a very large cemetery. The old section runs along Spring Bank and the last time I saw it, it was very overgrown. There are some beautiful monuments there. An email might confirm they are buried there.

On the 24th at 64 Blenheim St, Thomas aged 78yrs late cycle agent 220 Springbank, beloved husband of the late Hannah dear dad of Eric, Stella, Monica, Joan, in laws and grandchildren. Resting Co-op Rooms.....cortege leaves residence Wed 2.15 for service at Co-op Rest Room prior to interment at General Cemetery.

The announcement of the death of Hannah in 1927 just says she has died, no mention of family or burial arrangements.
