I find this really silly. Having lived with the house just accross the road from me for 10 years I've never seen a lady in grey. As for tap at window by unseen person yes as the chavs wear black hoodies and disapear pretty quickly. A character called William? Well if you read the history of the house you will know there was a William living there. A sad Samuel. I suppose they mean Samuel who sold the house. And the heating going on and off? This has been a problem for some time but is definitely not paranormal. Made me and my son think of modern ghosts. Such as the ghost of the plumber who has never been paid. The lonely woman who thought she could buy a mars bar in the shop and now roams the house looking for chocolate.

I'm right on your side with this Ducky.
It gets right up my nose. All this so called 'research' is pure codswallop.
Whatever genuine reasons for it, it is now in the depths of obsurdity.
