Hi All

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to look up the census 1891 and 1901 free myself or do you have to pay a fee? I have asked others on the site but feel it would be better if I could look myself.
Many Thanks
JM

You can access Ancestry's library edition from a library for free. Your local library will be able to give you more information about this service.
