Hi my name is Dave, living in England, South Yorkshire, I am researching our family history down the Burnett line, Sheffield.
I am looking for help and advise with regards to family tree maker 2017.
I was born a Lazenby my mothers maiden name, my biological father never married my mother, I was then adopted by my mothers husband at age 16. My question is, how do I account for this in FTM 2017?
Mother never married by biological father, so I cant attach him to the tree, I never met him, but adopted father Burnett married mum so attached to tree. Not sure how to approach this, any help please.
