Hi all
I am about to research my late sister and brother-in-law tree and wondered if its worth up grading to Ancestry .com.
My sister met and married her husband in England in 1944. She died in Vancover in 1991.
Her husband was French Canadian and was born in Montreal his father I believed came from Switzerland.
I believe I have found some records on Ancestry but wonder if it is worth up grading.
The surname I am interedted in is Bardonnex

Ancestry are always adding records, but I've just put in the name Bardonnex
Canada and all that can up was 17 records on Drouin collection 1621-1967
42 Canadian phone and address directories 1995-2002. You may find more under a alternative spelling.

Thanks for your reply I think you have found the same records as I have.
Many of the people in the phone book are relatives.
I was actually wondering if ancestry had records for Switzerland.

With the spelling of Bardonnex country Switzerland into the search box on
Ancestry returns no matches. If you go into the Ancestry databae card catalogue and type in (this is what I did) Switzerland as the location of interest, shows 15 results.
