There seems to be only the one marriage in NSW for a Richard Willis to an Isabella so perhaps both 1930 entries are correct.

1913 ? might have Isabella's middle name.

If the tree is correct with son George Victor then we have the family in 1943 with Richard as Thomas Richard and no occupation.

No way of knowing for sure we have them in 1913 near Queanbeyan or in 1930 in Sydney.

Can't find them in any years 1931 - 1937 so far.
