Only one Isabella Syme born abt 1844 found in 1851 in Scotland and it's a different one.

This looks like the passenger list for Isabella and family but no date. Going by her age about 1848/9.

Im not finding anything on Roland, the only other thing i can think of is his marriage cert. if he filled it out correctly should be information on there.

I can't find a birth/baptism for John or Isabella with parents matching those on shipping record.

These are the baptisms I have found so far - parents are John Syme, a Wright and Isabella Dawson

Margaret Syme born 27 September 1830 Alva, Stirlingshire.
William Syme born 25 November 1831, baptised 8 December 1831 Alva, Stirling.
John Syme born 24 August 1833 baptised 1 Septmber 1833 in Clackmannan.
James Syme born 6 March 1835 baptised 22 March 1835 in Clackmannan.
Agnes Syme born 9 January 1837 baptised 22 January in Clackmannan.
John Syme born 7 September 1838 baptised 23 September 1838 in Clackmannan.
Elizabeth Cunningham Syme born 14 April 1841 baptised 25 April 1841 in Alloa.
Isabella Syme born 22 September 1844 baptisd 19 November 1844 in Clackmannan.

All baptisms can be found on Scotlandspeople. I have not been able to find a death/burial for John born 1833.

Some of the dates do not match with the ages given in the 1851 Census but I am sure it is the same family.
