Jack Ferris?

My Grandads brother Jack was killed during WW1...ive looked at many records but cant seem to find him anyware...ime positive he died in France and he was young maybe 18 to 20...my feeling is he enlisted with a different first name....if any of you (know what your doing experts) can help it would be brill.

Hi Lee,

There is a Jack Ferris listed on the CWGC site, age 19, gunner Royal Artillery buried at Overloon War Cemetery.

Thanks Julie...thaught it could be him but death date was 1944...one more on there possibly him but only gives J on certificate not Jack and age unknown and i feel with there being no info on certificate with regards to age etc its not him....thanks for the site though Julie..regards Lee.
