• Family History UK policy on the posting of census transcriptions:

    British Census images and data are Crown Copyright.

    The National Archives has relinquished Crown Copyright on documents within its control provided certain conditions are met. Basically you must ensure that the information is accurate, in context and you are required to include
    (a) an acknowledgement that the record is in the care of TNA
    (b) the full reference of the document.

    Where you have posted information that is Crown Copyright, you MUST add the following statement:
    "This information Crown Copyright and is from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk"

    You MUST also ensure you remove any details that identify the transcription as being from a particular subscription site,

Hi all, it's me again.:rolleyes:

James Ives 1849. Great Hampden, Bucks. (I've been here before, I think.:rolleyes: ).

His birth reg is 1849. Bucks. Male Ives. Baptised. 23 Sep 1849 . Great Hampden, Bucks.

Parents, William Ives & Martha Ann Poulton.

Died in 1913. Queensland.

1851 in Great Hampden.
1861 in Stanwell.

Found a marriage, Hendon district O.N.D. 1873. to Emma Greenway.

1881 census.

Can he be found in the 1871 census please.

A tree on the 'A' site has him as Herbert James Ives, for some reason.:confused::confused:
