£10 REWARD.
STOLEN or strayed, a chesnut horse, 15 1/2 hands high, with streak down the face, branded on the off shoulder like H or JC co-joined. A reward of £10 will be given on conviction of the thief or thieves, if stolen ; or £1 on delivering the said horse, -if strayed, to Mr. Henry Phillips, George-street, Bathurst ; or J. R. MAXWELL, Albion Stores, Sofala.

DEATHS
MAXWELL.-July 26, at his residence Risca, Waverley-road, Woollahra, James Reid Maxwell, in his 78th year.


Marriage reg can't be found in Qld. or NSW.

James was probably born Glasgow but so far can't find a birth/baptism or confirm his mother was Elizabeth REID.
