Im not having much luck finding the right deaths. I might have to check out family notices for the kids. Have i got the right births for the kids? Sarah would have been in her early 50's when the last couple were born if her age on the passenger list is correct.

1862 John Grey is the one in my tree and the only one I've traced.

Don't know if that is one or two families. Perhaps all those born Albury are a different bunch. ??

That must be Wellington, NZ.

There does not seem to be another marriage so if it is one large family they moved from Sydney to Albury to NZ ??

There are some errors in the index that relate to Albury with some not actually being Albury at all. I can't find the web page that lists the reg numbers involved. Found it.

No Mary J on the list of births.

I'm puzzled why only one sister is mentioned in the notice if there were 12 siblings.

Yes, at least one died young. I've not followed 10 of them.

I doubt that's the right one Geoff. No daughter Mary J on the list and I don't think any were born in NZ. And age at death does not fit. And I expected to at least see initial J. if not full name Sarah Jane.

Neither James nor Sarah Jane appear in NSW deaths index with parents that fit.

If Mary J was not missing from those born in NSW then if born in NZ it would be after 1884 and yet marriage is 1897. And Sarah Jane would be rather old.
