Thanks Dave. Died 26 Dec 1846, (New Norfolk Hospital), is what I read at the bottom of the whole page. ?
But who's worred about a few days.;)

Obviously, Tasmania wasn't too good for him, healthwise.:rolleyes:

Actually it's an inverted colour channel. :biggrin:


At the bottom of the main part of the page in large print.

Died in Hospital New Norfolk
on 25th Decr. 1846

Actually, I didn't see a death reg.

I use ifranview and from the menu choose Image - Negative (invert image) and then try each of the three colour channels to find the best one.
