Oh. My tree is so complicated.

7535/1885 PETERSON GEORGE HENRY - WOODWARD ELIZABETH ANNIE - GUNNING * 6 Apr 1885

The Sydney Morning Herald - Mon 6 Apr 1925 p.10
RUBY WEDDINGS.
PETERSON - WOODWARD.-April 6, 1885, at Methodist Church, Gunning, by Rev. Joseph Parker, George Henry Peterson, of Queanbeyan, to Elizabeth Anne Woodward, of Gunning. Present address: Ettalong-road, Pendle Hill.

George Henry is a son of Soren & Maria. I can't escape the Woodwards.

I'll have to re-arrange a bit of my tree.

A bit more to unravel your tree a bit...

b 1841 George Watman married Eleanor E Woodward 9 May 1888 Crookwell – he died 1926 -

Just found he was married previously to a Sarah Ann Poll 1862 Berrima NSW, she died 20 April 1886 Crookwell – Tree has her b 1848 Great Fransham Norfolk

WATMAN SARAH A 6762/1886 JAMES – ELIZABETH – CROOKWELL
(parents Poll)
found this on a tree for Sarah Watman nee Poll

WATMAN Mrs Sarah. It is our painful duty to record the death of Mrs Sarah Watman, wife of George Watman an old resident of Crookwell. The deceased lady had been ailing more or less for the past 2 years and on Tiuesday afternoon about 2 pm she expired, death being attributed to internal abdominal cancer. Just previously to her death Dr Fitzpatrick was sent for who visited & prescribed for her but she was too far gone for human aid to avail. The Deceased was a member of the local Lodge of the Good Templars & took an active part in everything of a philanthropic nature in the town. We sincerely sympathise with Mr George Watman in his bereavement. The funeral took place yesterday & was largely attended. The Rev S Gilby conducted the service at the grave D204/1886 aged 39 years, wife of George, parents James Poll & Elizabeth Bensley – Crookwell Gazette Fri 23/4/1886

Thanks Val.

Yes, the POLL connection is not a problem. It's well sorted.

This looks to be another sister.

3685/1868 HINCHMAN THOMAS - WOODWARD MARGARET - YASS

Have not searched Trove for that marriage yet. Nothing found.

Where is Margaret's birth? England before arrival or NSW but not in index?

Death HINKSMAN MARGARET 23906/1929 ROBERT 84 YRS GOULBURN GOULBURN
