I can't find the one who died in 1847 in 1841.

Perhaps Betty did die in 1845.

I'm still inclined to go with parents deaths in the 1840's at present. It's not unheard of for 'deceased' not to be mentioned on marriage and other documents of offspring. Anything found from 1851 for possible parents has age related discrepancies.
