I haven't found a baptism in Norfolk for him. There is a baptism in Suffolk which I used at one time, but the census says Norfolk.

The problem is Westerfield is near Ipswich, which isn't on the Norfolk Suffolk boarder. A witness at Jeremiah and Sarah's wedding in 1828 was a John Abbott, I'm assuming a relative. Jeremiah was a batchelor at their wedding.
