Hello Australia Roots,
This is my first post so please excuse me. Please tell me the correct way if I do this funny. I am trying to find the names, birthdates, birthplaces, deathdates, deathplaces of the parents of:
1 Firstname: Jessie
2 Lastname: Thompson
3 Middlename: none or I don't know
4 NSW Marriage record (bdm.nsw.gov.au): 2568/1871 Groom Barham, Charles Albert, Bride Thompson, Jessie, district Macleay River
5 NSW Death record: 4389/1937 Father "James Mcivor" Mother "Eliza", district Waverly
6 NSW Birth record: I couldn't find.
7 Birthyear 1852. I calculated by subtracting 85 found in obit in #8 from 1937.
8 Newspaper article of death. Norrthen Star 18 Feb 1937 page 6 https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/94621456/9652342
9 Newspaper article of marriage: 21 Sep 2015 https://www.northernstar.com.au/news/charles-barham-lismore-town-clerk/2780443/
10 Gender: female
I have been looking in findmypast.au and bdm.nsw.gov.au to get this far. I am a newbie to this. I am trying to see if there is non-Australian or non-British blood to see if I can apply for foreign citizenship. Thank you for any help. I've spent about an hour or two trying to find birth/marriage/or death certs for her parents, but I can't. If I can help, please ask.
Ian

Update 27 Aug 2019
I found Jessie Barham nee Thomson (not Thompson)'s baptism cert #684 vol 44a in NSW's BDM website. Sorry, it looks like it was just a Thomson/Thompson spelling problem.
Thanks.

gibbo,
thanks, no, I am good on this one now. I am having some problems with my Irish ancestors now, they are around 1797-1837 baptisms in N. Ireland around County Tyrone and Fermanagh (I think correct spelling) and I will post here if I can later if I still have problems. Thank you.
Ian
