I'd ask for a look up for the family in 1841 but I think Praed street Paddington is missing.

I don't know if you have looked up in the Hethersett parish registers which are online at familysearch pilot or beta site. Link

If they are not to be found in the Hethersett registers, there are also the archdeacon transcripts that you can look through for other parishes.

Hello kc56,

Thanks. I have trouble with that site and not sure why.

I've looked here:

I'm not even 100% sure it is BUNTING because the death reg only has father's name.

Death Reg# 1867/B04024 Bale John John Bale Mary - ** born England aged 64 years

The Brisbane Courier 21 Jun 1867
BALE.- On the 19th June, at his late residence Wickham-street, Fortitude Valley, Mr. John Bale, aged 64 years, after a lingering and painful illness, borne with Christian fortitude.

Death Reg# 15 Apr 1896/C03358 Bale Hannah George Lloyd Hannah Simmons

It should be possible to confirm all the events in Middlesex but it seems they are missing or hard to find? Just like parts of the 1841 census for Paddington are missing.
