NOTICE is hereby given that, after the expiration of fourteen day.1, from the publication of this notice in tho Government Gazette, application will be mado to this ' Honorablo Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that Probate of the Will of tho abovenamed deceased may be granted to FANNY TURNER, of Botany Road aforesaid, I Widow of tho said deceasod and sole Executrix named in the said Will.

There is a tree suggesting this, can't get anything from Trove about relatives, occ = grocer and belonged to an order of some kind...
