John Hoare & Sarah Anne Tidbury

I am struggling to find the marriage of my Paternal grandfather's parents.
My grandfather Albert William Hoare was born 1868, registered Lambeth, so I guess the marriage must have been around this time.

Sarah Anne Tidbury was born c1832 Hungerford (1 of 12 children). Death 3-08-1916 - Source IGI

I have no information about John Hoare apart from what is on my grandfather's birth & marriage certificates.
The birth certificate says his occupation was 'Stoker - Lambeth Water Works', address 31 (?)Cornwall Street Brixton Hill.
John Hoare is shown as deceased on the marriage certificate, so he died between 1868 & 1898, he had obviously progressed from being a stoker as his occupation is shown as engineer.

Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I havnt been able to locate a marriage but found the family in 1871 under the name transcribed as Hoar.

Sarah Ann wife age 39 born Hungerford
Sarah J dau age 10 born Battersea
John son age 6 born Brixton
Ellen dau age 4 born Clapham
Albert Wm son age 2 born Brixton
Harriet dau age 1mth born Brixton

Living in same house but as seperate household is a Sarah Hoar age 80 born Stone kent (her named was ditt'd as Hoar) with a servant.

Sarah WAS previously married - Surname MILLS.
