This is curious. The name appears as Gourbelion but it should be Gourbeillon.

It's as if a clerk copied out the baptisms on the form to send to the Registrar General and didn't know how to spell the name.

I have an image now.

1867
No. 37 12th June Sydney
John Joyce - Widower - Ireland - Stone Mason - 46 - Sydney - John Joyce & Mary Burns - Stone Mason
Sarah Kelly - Widow - Ireland - - - 36 - Sydney - Patrick Lavery & Sarah McCarthy - Farmer
Married in the Cathedral of St. Mary's According to the Rite of the Catholic Church
Parties signed: Witnesses: John Howley ?, Mary Curran
By me Hugh d'Ackermann ?

The deceased priests list has the name as Hugh d'Arkeman

It looks like Lavery and not Savery but can't be sure comparing the examples of the two letters on the page.
